23 December 1966: Memorandum for the Prime Minister - Potential for Early ABM Deployment by the Americans

By December 1966, senior External Affairs official Marcel Cadieux was sufficiently "disturbed by increasing reports from the United States about the possibility of an early decision concerning deployment of ABMs" to alert Prime Minister Lester B. Pearson.
