06 January 1967: Delay in retermination of NSA-Leitrim Circuit

The move to Rockcliffe seems to have been carried out – though not without a hitch. This telegram to a Mr. Price at the NSA indicates that there was to be some delay in the retermination of the NSA circuit at Rockcliffe.
