08 July 1960: Note to File: HYDRA Communications

As part of the Civil Defence Order of 1959, the army was responsible for ensuring the safety of critical communications infrastructure, as well as the restoration of army communications circuits in an emergency. Here, Lt. Col. W.E. Grant (RC Sigs) submits a list of HYDRA circuits to be included in the Joint Staff Plan. Comments on priority of restoration are in handwriting.
