12 May 1958: Bremner Visit

Canadians exchanged equipment and expertise with the Americans as well as the British. In this telegram, E.G.N Bremner (Attache, British Embassy, Washington) arranges another visit to tour the Leitrim facility – this time with his replacement. Reference is made to the delivery of “RX terminals” (probably Rockex) to an unnamed party Washington, with Bremner asking for the Canadians to arrange for training and advice on the equipment as soon as possible.
