The HYDRA move would be technologically complex, and required close collaboration between Canadian and British communications engineers. In this telegram, D Sigs informs Mr. G.A. Turner at the U.K. Foreign Office that a Canadian engineer will be visiting the U.K. in May 1962 to meet with the STRAD manufacturers, and to discuss HYDRA plans with British officials.
