21 March 1947: Transfer of HYDRA and Rockex

In his reply to Foulkes, Pearson indicates that the omission of specific American authorities using the circuit is purposeful, but stresses that American authorities will indeed be using the HYDRA circuit, and that Rockex machines will probably soon be accepted there. Pearson also writes that the circuit is not to be used for anything other than what has been discussed and agreed-upon with British authorities. He closes by saying that he wishes to be informed of future developments in HYDRA policy, as the transfer and agreement of users was made on “an inter-governmental basis.”
