About the Author

Sarah Colbourn is an undergraduate student at the University of Toronto (University College), majoring in Political Science and History and minoring in Chemistry. Sarah is primarily interested in issues of public policy, political communications, and U.S.-Canadian relations. She intends to pursue a Master's of Public Policy from Duke University's Sanford School of Public Policy starting in the fall of 2020.
