1 October 1952: NATO Annual Review

Mr. Heeney, Canada’s representative to NATO, highlights both military and civilian concerns about the problems facing NATO at present and in the near future. He also raises the concern of NATO’s involvement in global strategy and planning, as well as whether the US and Canada should be expected to increase their contributions to NATO given the economic situation in Europe.
