Memorandum pertaining to procedure for handling traffic if circuit 11922 is out of action. Alerts messages to be transmitted via Telex if 11922 and HF Radio circuits fail. White House/10 Downing teleconference link is normally on circuit 11920 (TAT1 cable). Should this circuit fail, alternative methods should be arranged "using whatever may be available." Correspondence attached for reference includes material duplicated in: HY00382, HY00383, HY00384, HY00386, HY00387.
