CDAC02253: Section 4 of The Defence Appropriation Act (Sept 15, 1950)

The Defence Appropriation Act allocated 142 million dollars for military expenditure in the 1950 fiscal year across Army, Navy, and Air Force. Section 4 allowed America to reimburse the government of Canada for expenses in building American bases on Canadian soil.
