The Second Group, 1942
The BSC (and their Canadian interlocutors) were better prepared to document and approve the departure of a second group of Yugoslav volunteers, after the first party “caused such a commotion” (CDYS00008). Yugoslav-Canadian Marco Pavičić (referenced as Mark Pavichich in CDYS00010) was killed fighting alongside Tito’s Partisans.[1]
