Provision of Scientific Advice to the NATO Military Authorities

This document is a memorandum on the provision of scientific advice to NATO military authorities, written in late 1962. It argues that there has been a lack of organizational structure within NATO that could help coordinate scientific and defence research in various fields and offers a solution that would involve the collaboration of existing national defence research boards.
