Letter from Chairman (Environmental Warfare Group)

This is a letter to Dr. Karman from the chairman of the Environmental Warfare Group, A. P Gagge, written on 6 November 1962. Its purpose is to request the creation of a NATO centre for the study of weather sciences in order to increase and improve research efforts, as well as to help better understand future meteorological capabilities (such as weather modification) and their military applications.
