Environmental Warfare Working Group Report

This 49-page report on Environmental Warfare, from November 1962, is part of phase I of the third exercise of the Von Karman Committee.  It is divided into the following 5 sections: Introduction, the Lithosphere & Hydrosphere, the Troposphere, the Ionosphere and the Stratosphere, and the Exosphere. Each section contains a summary and a conclusion with recommendations.
