15 January 1954: Howe Agrees

Howe responds to Pearson’s earlier suggestion that the American government be approached about a tripartite sponsorship of the draft history. Howe writes that he “fully agree[s]” with Pearson’s suggestion, and notes that “Canada had a greater part than had the United Kingdom in developing the use of atomic energy in the earlier stages.”
