Description
Series of correspondence pertaining to use of Telex facilities between Rockcliffe and Hydra subscribers in Washington for engineering purposes. Use of Telex for engineering purposes desired by London, as recent outages on TGP circuits have been "excessive," and attributed to faults in North American commercial system. They recommend Telex be used for localized troubleshooting. Correspondence indicates that CFCS objects to use of Telex, as line is used for official traffic and currently occupied with this purpose. CFCS further indicates they have received no reports on the status of commercial cable circuits.
