Detailed report of requirements for communication system between the UK and Canada for special government communication, diplomatic communication. Traffic needs to be received and delivered in the UK to the Canadian High Commission, the Dominions Office, The UK Foreign Office (Diplomatic and Special), and received and delivered in Canada to External Affairs, CBNRC, UK High Commissioner, British Embassy (Washington), British Foreign Office (New York). The wireless station at Oshawa is to be handed over to the Canadian Government. Handover to take place April 1, 1947. Director of Signals of Canadian Army and Director of Special Communications in England to review any technical policy or general management matters.
