Status of Emergency Standby Power Supply at Smiths Falls and Renfrew

Memorandum by W.J. Nottingham for D.H. Kelly, Lt. Col. CE3, pertaining emergency power at Smiths Falls and Renfrew. Smiths Falls armories requires expansion of no-break power supply to future HYDRA circuits. Renfrew would also require expansion of no-break power supply, but no further expansion after that would be allowable.
