COURSE OF CONVERSATION MENTIONED THE'POSSIBILITY THAT AN ANNOUNCEMENT MIGHT BE MADE WITHIN 2 WEEKS OR SO OF THE USA INTENTIONS TO
STOCKPILE ATOMIC WEAPONS IN NATO COUNTRIES. AS YOU WILL RECALL,
AT THE LAST CONSULTATION MEETINGS WE WERE GIVEN TO UNDERSTAND THAT
THE AMERICAN PLANS REGARDING THIS MATTER WERE WEIL ADVANCED AND IT
WAS HOPED THAT THEY M K B T BE PUT FORWARD AT THE NEXT MINISTERIAL
MEETING.
