Dear &ft~ ICo^^e "*&*" :
I am in receipt of your letter YT 3145/4
dated December 19, 1963 concerning the UK
Mission New York - O.T.C. Leitrim circuit,
le will be prepared to operate the above
circuit at 75 wpm on January 19* 1964 as requested a Detailed changeover arrangements may be made
directly between the two terminals as necessarya
I would like to suggest that similar action
be taken on your British Embassy Washington/O.T.C.
Leitrim circuit as this will effect some economy
in our tape relay equipment as the two circuits
can then be grouped on the one multiple transmitter
distributor bank,
I will look forward to hearing from you on
this point.
Yours sincerely,

Mr A Routledge
