This refers to your letter of 20 Feb 63 your file
PG20-93555O.
2.
The two traffic registers offered under the "General
Notes" of page 3 of ITT's letter of 14 Feb and Appendix 'B'
are required.

The manner in wiiich ITT propose to place the equipment
into service as described in SSoo02/2 dated 14 Feb 63 is
acceptable to us.
4.
The imported equipment will be transported from the U.K.
to Trenton (not Uplands) via RCAF and from Trenton to Carp at
DilD expense.
5.
Since ITT vail perform the acceptance tests to DND's
satisfaction as described in 12.3.4, clause 12.2 should be
amended to read "ready for acceptance by the User" in place
of ready for acceptance testing by the User."

6.

Technically the remainder of the proposal is satisfactory.

7.
You are aware of our feelings regarding the cost of the
journal console.
3.
o are processing an amendment to the CD to increase the
incumbrance to cover the increased costs as quoted.
