The circuits shown as "Communication Research"
in the referenced memo should be deleted and replace
by the detail shown on the attached Annex. A.
3.
It should be notod that there are five circuits
which are considered to be of sufficient importance as
to warrant a high national priority. This may be
higher than the priority that can be assigned by th©
Services.
4.
Some Communications Research circuits have
not been assigned DND numbers. The suppliers circuit
nunber has been used for identification of these
circuits but It Is requested that D.HD numbers be
assigned.
