Therefore, 1 would appreciate if you would now make the necessary arrangements with the Bell Telephone Company of Canada to provide you with a private duplex teletype circuit to run from your trans-atlantlc cable terminal, Montreal, to the Ottawa Wireless Station, Leitrim, Ontario. Ho doubt, you will make the necessary arrangements for trial and periodic tests with the Officer Conaaanding, Ottawa Wireless Station, Leitrim, Ontario.
