Discussions took place here in January, as you know, with Colonel Maltby, I should, like confirmation as to users of Hydra/Foreign Office circuit. When Colonel Maltby was here, the following was agreed informally: (1) Traffic received in England from Canada will be delivered to;(a) Office of Canadian High Commissioner in London, (bj Dominions Office. Q/t (o) United Kingdom Foreign Office, both Diplomatic and Special. 4 C* (8) Traffic received in Canada from England will be / vS V for delivery to:(a) Department of External Affairs. ?» <(-'•* (b) Communications Branch, National Research Council. (c) United Kingdom High Commissioner. (d) United Kingdom Embassy, Washington* (e) United Kingdom Foreign Office establishments in New York via United Kingdom Passport Control Office in New York. 3. The date for hand-over to Canadian Government of the Hydra station was informally set at April 1, 194-7.
