THAT ALL PARTIES TO THE NATO ATOMIC INFORMATION AGREEMENT HAVE N0'_

INFORMED THE UNITEDSTATES THAT THEY ARE BOUND BY THE AGREEMENT,
AND THEREFORE THAT THE LATTER CAN BE CONSIDERED AS HAVING ENTERED
