the following l i n e s :
«I have the. honour to r e f e r t o the Agreement
between t h e P a r t i e s &amp; the North A t l a n t i c Treaty
for Co-operation regarding Atomic Information, which
was s_gned at P a r i s on June 22, 1955, and in p a r t i c u l a r t o A r t i c l e VI, paragraph 1 , which s t a t e s t h a t ,
i S e Agreement s h i l l enter i n t o force upon n o t i f i c a t i o n t f t h e United S t a t e s by a l l P a r t i e s t o t h e
North A t l a n t i c Treaty t h a t they a r e bound by the
terms of t h e Agreement".
Upon i n s t r u c t i o n s from my Government, I am
t o notify you t h a t t h e Canadian Government considers
i t s e l f t o be bound by t h e above-named Agreement. y
