Nothing h e r e i n shall be i n t e r p r e t e d or operate as a bar or r e s t r i c t i o n to consultation and c o - o p e r a t i o n by the United States and Canada with the United Kingdom in all fields of defence, but Canada a g r e e s that it will communicate R e s t r i c t e d Data to p e r s o n s within the j u r i s d i c t i o n of the United Kingdom only as authorized by the United States . 6. Data communicated under the t e r m s of this a g r e e m e n t will be t r a n s m i t t e d through mutually agreed channels of communication. 7. This a g r e e m e n t , being p r i m a r i l y concerned with m a t t e r s set out in subsection (b) of section 144 and section 142 of the Act shall not operate as a bar to the entry into further a g r e e m e n t s for c o operation under the Act.
