Dear Mr. Jarvls,
At the Tripartite Security Conference which was
held In Washington on Mey 15 and 16, 1952, it was agreed
that each of the delegations would assure the two others
that conplete security clearance had been given for access
to classified atomic energy information in respect to
each of the individuals on the delegation. Enclosed
herewith arc two copies of a self-explanatory memorandum
from the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission received from the
State Department and forwarded by the Canadian Ambassador
covering- the individuals included in the U.S. delegation.
Would you please forward one of these copies to Mr. Z* L.
Oray for his information and retention.
