CORBY STATEMENT.

CO RBY stated that BENNING was reorulted by Sam CARR for
SO KO LO V*s organization in 1942-43 (ex* 51)• He then o^m e
under ZHKVKNIO V of Tass (ex. 51, ex. 52).
BENNING has been em ployed by the D epartm ent of M unitions and
Supply since the latter part of 1942 (ex. 51).
CO RBY reports that BENNING supplies large am ounts of
inform ation, including m onthly review s, production figures
and copies of correspondence w ith com pares.
A single bag, sent to M oscow on January 5, 1945, contained
over 360 pages of inform ation supplied by him (ex. 37).
