In June, 1945 CARR w as asked how m atters stood w ith SHUG AR (ex* 35-2), CARR replied that be w as then w orking In the N aval Staff but had been under observation and that speolal caution w as required (ex* 35-4, Inform ation obtained from CARR at m eeting on 15-6-43 (ex* 35-1)* O n August 2 G RAN?
