Th© J.t*C. is now convinced that It is essential to run a Joint Indications Seen into which all Directorates and Departments represented on the J*I.C* will submit on a timely basis items which may lead to the opinion that war was imminent or in preparation. An attempt has been made to define what le meant by indications intelligence and this Department, as well as other Directorates, will have to contribute in some measure.
