I don't see how either of these incidents w ould have differed i f there had been neutrals on the JO T or a neutral JO T. I f there had been neutral patrols, the f i rst lad w ould have been caught; the second incident w ould perhaps not have occurred, as the neutrals w ould probably have stopped the w eaving practice very early i n the gam e - the f i rst offenders'm ight or m ight not have been l et off w ith a w arning. I don't see, how ever, why-: neutrals should be less l egal i sti c than non-neutrals.. 8. As far as Iknow we have nothing to com plain of in either incident, I f your inform ation is otherw ise, I' d be glad to be inform ed. To be sure, I have not seen their ow n report of their 9° adventures. The Korean R epublic of M arch 23 says that the C anadians said they expected to be shot but w ere i n fact m erely questioned (in English) on C anadian ""m ovies, l i f e at hom e, and books"11.
