Provision of Nuclear Warheads
Attached for your signature, if you approve,
is a Memorandum for the Prime Minister incorporating
the information contained in the draft Memorandum to
the Gabinet which you read on Saturday and modified
according to your instructions. We have**added a
sectXon—ea-atuQEage of nuclear warheads in Canada
for United States forces since these requests are

still outstanding and will probably be raised by
the United States at some stage of the contemplated
discussions regarding the provision of nuclear warheads for Canadian forees.
