Solemnly declare .their readiness to undertake in an international treaty to be concluded under the auspices of the United Nations, not to manufacture oracquire control of nuclear weapons, 2. Call upon all peace-loving nations to adhere to the same undertaking, 3. Call upon all nuclear powers to respect and abide by this declaration, 1)..
