Brown, Executive Assistant to the Minister of National Defence, so that his Minister may be informed of the Prime Minister’s wish in this regard, and I expect that since the question was raised by the Honourable Mr. Harkness, it must be expected that the work leading to and including the installation of the system itself will be a responsibility of the Department of National Defence.
