MR SPAAK SUPPORTED THESE REPS AND SUGGESTED THAT THE STANDING GROUP WAS SHOWING EXCESSIVE PERFECTIONISM. 3.GEN PARKER AGREED TO TRANSMIT THESE VIEWS TO THE STANDING GROUP.
