Dear Mr. Leger:
Please refer to your letter dated 28 October concerning
NATO requests for airspace.
It is confirmed that Department of National Defence
communication circuits and service personnel will he made
available to assist the Department of Transport in the resolving
of any difficulties which might arise.

I concur with the procedure outlined and consider
it will generally meet the requirements of the Canadian Government
with respect to NATO requests for airspace reservations.

Yours sincerely,

for Deputy Minister
