The RCAF reports that an examination of flying operations during the dates and times of the alleged violations reveal that RCAF aircraft were not involved. 2. 3. The Delegation to the North Atlantic Council consulted with the delegations from other countries, whose air forces took part in the exercise. The Delegation found that there was little, if any, disposition on the part of the governments concerned to handle the matter as a NATO problem. In general, it appeared that the replies by the other governments concerned were likely to take the form of brief factual statements confirming or denying that their aircraft were involved. 0 j Aou /.3/S% 4.
