It is regretted that it has not yet been possible to ascertain all the facts on which to base a definitive reply to the Minister’s Note. The matter is receiving urgent consideration, however. and a further communication will be addressed to the Minister as soon as possible. The Secretary of State for External Affairs takes this opportunity of renewing to the Minister of Sweden the assurances of his highest consideration.
