The Supreme Allied Commander Atlantic, in the attached document Serial 891, dated 12 December, 1952, has forwarded his provisional exercise schedule for the calendar year 1953 and the preliminary exercise schedule for the calendar year 1954, and has requested that national authorities screen the exercises for political implications. 2.
