Thank you for your letter of 14th "obruary, informing me that the London Signal Intelligence Board has ratified the conclusions of the Canadian-British Sigint Communications Conference held in London in January, 1950. The Communications Research Committee, at its Meeting held on March 2, cinilarly approved the conclusions of the Conference. The attention of the Committee was also drawn to Paragraph 5 of the Tinutes of the Third Meeting of the Conference. In the view of the Committee it would be desirable that a copy of the conclusions of the Conference be transmitted to the United States agency, provided that your Board wish to take this action. 1 shall therefore assume that if you agree you will pass a copy of the conclusions to the United States agency.
