Two of them are Canadian citizens and the other six are not. You will remember that we discussed this matter when I last saw you and I shall be glad if you would let me know exactly what details we should send to you concerning these men to enable your Department to issue the necessary identity certificates. At the same time would you please let me know how many photographs are required and whether front face or profile. .If it would not cause any particular inconvenience, I think it would be desirable for all eight of these men to be issued similar identity papers,although I suppose the two Canadians would Can you please let me know if be entitled to Canadian passports. you agree to this.
