The Cabinet approved the text of the
draft note to be sent to the United States in
negotiating an agreement oh the storage of defensive
nuclear weapons at Goose Bay and Harmon Field as
revised by the Prime Minister, the Secretary of State
for External Affairs and the Minister of Hational
Defenee, and submitted with the Secretary's memorandum of September 21st.
