As you i*ill see, the changes made by the Prime Minister relate to paragraphs 3, 4 and 6. — The first sentence of paragraph 3 now reads, "Physical security for the storage sites will be the joint responsibility of the Canadian and United States Governments." — The words "and custody" have been removed from paragraph 4* — The word "sites" has been added in the first sentence of paragraph 6. 2.
