He also asked me to tell you that he was unable to talk to the Prime Minister 0 n this subject before Cabinet this morning, but spoke about it to Mr, Pearkes. Mr. Pearkes agrees that the decis-ion of the meeting was to insert the words "removal from storage" in the annex to the draft note, but he doesn't think they were significant. (Mr. Bryce said he thought they were by implication).
