Copies of the document itself have now been forwarded to Mr. Robertson with Mr. Wrong's letter of January 3, attached. The document has been summarized in Mr. Wrong's teletype. Mr. Robertson is reluctant to elreulate this document and proposes to hold a meeting in M s office on Saturday, January 7, at 12 o'clock and he has asked you, Dr. Mackenzie and Dr. Solandt to attend. He then proposed to go over the U.K. document paragraph by paragraph and to retain eopies in Privy Council Office.
