November 9, 19^9.
MEMORANDUM FOR MR.

HBENI

mn

'-J/j/yy;

.Snto^fataoii.};

I thought you might like to go over the
attached draft of today's Advisory Panel Minutes.
I am also sending a copy of the draft to Mr.
Robertson and asking for his comments for revision.
tf>
*\

Mr. Robertson thought that we should send
copies to Mr. Claxton and Mr. Wrong, in addition
to those who xvere present at the meeting. Do you
not think that we should also send a copy of the
Minutes to Mr. Pearson, together with a copy of Mr.
Wrong's telegram which formed our agenda? If you
agree, I shall make the suggestion to Mr.Robertson.
The only possible objection I can see is that we
are not proposing to send a copy to General
McNaughton who has often sat as a member of the
Panel, but I should think that Mr. Robertson could
ask Mr. Pearson, in the covering letter, to show
the Minutes to General McNaughton if he thought
it desirable to do so. There are certainly, as
you were saying, implications in our Washington
discussions which must be borne in mind by our
delegation at Lake Success.
