It further recognised that the Working Group might, from time to time, decide to split into two expert sub-groups to examine the legal and security aspects of the question. 2. The Secretary General has nominated the Executive Secretary to act as Chairman of this Working Group, assisted by the Legal Adviser and the Head of the Security Bureau. These latter -will, if the case arises, act as chairmen of the subgroups of legal and security experts. 3„ The first meeting of the Working Group will take place on Monday, 9th September, 1963 > at 3.0 p.m. h.
