draft agreement have been requested. The previous agreement
which was signed in 1955 bad no security annex but merely stated
that the security procedures in effect in SATO vould apply*

is .the Security Annex to the new draft agreement* It would be
appreciated if the coaments of your Gomittee could be received
by 15 August 1963* These comments, when received* will be
incorporated in a brief which will be passed to CCOS for approval*
The brief, if approved, will be passed to External Affairs for
the guidance of the Canadian member of the Working Oroup»
