Reference is made to the Minister's letter to the Secretary of State for External Affairs dated 10 June 64 - (flag "A"). 2m It is understood that the Secretary of State for External Affairs will be making a statement at the Cabinet Committee on External Affairs and Defence, 22 June 64, concerning the revised Agreement prior to seeking Order-in-Council authority for signature by Canada. He will table copies of the Agreement in the House of Commons on the day that the Agreement is made public, which is expected to be either June 25-26 or Jun 29-30. (Flags "B» and »C" refer)* 3.
